All services are provided by a licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), using evidence-based approaches tailored to individual goals and needs.

This practice may offer services via telehealth (phone, video, or other digital platforms), which come with unique benefits and limitations, including potential technology failures and security risks. By participating in telehealth sessions, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree that your participation is voluntary.

If you are under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide written consent prior to initiating services. The presence or involvement of a parent/guardian may be required during sessions, depending on the client’s age and the nature of the consultation.

Clients should consult with their primary care physician or appropriate healthcare provider before making significant changes to diet, physical activity, or lifestyle, particularly if managing a medical condition or taking medication.

By engaging with this practice, whether in-person or virtually, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the above terms and assume full responsibility for your participation.

  • All services provided by this practice are self-pay and are not billed through insurance. At this time, we do not accept insurance, and clients are responsible for the full payment of services at the time they are rendered.

We utilize secure, third-party platforms to process payments. While every effort is made to ensure your financial information is handled securely, this practice is not liable for any errors, delays, or breaches caused by the payment processor.

By submitting your payment information, you agree to the terms of the payment processor and acknowledge that payment is final unless otherwise stated in our cancellation or refund policy. If you wish to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider, we can provide a superbill upon request, but we do not guarantee reimbursement.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee as outlined in our cancellation policy.

  • This practice is committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the confidentiality of your personal health information in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA).

All client records, communications, and health-related information are stored, transmitted, and handled using HIPAA-compliant systems and protocols. We only collect, use, and disclose your Protected Health Information (PHI) as necessary to provide services, coordinate care, process payments, and fulfill legal or regulatory requirements.

You have the right to access your health information, request corrections, and obtain a copy of our full Notice of Privacy Practices, which explains how your information may be used and your rights under HIPAA.
