  • Owner and Coach

    Anthony is a dedicated nutrition and exercise professional, born in the Czech Republic and raised in Springfield, Missouri. Influenced by a health-conscious upbringing, competitive sports, and a passion for travel, he has developed a deep appreciation for well-being and intentional living. This perspective shapes his whole person approach to helping others prioritize their health with purpose and confidence.

    Anthony holds a Master’s (MS) degree in Dietetics and a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of Missouri. Since 2018, he has worked in the nutrition and exercise field, supporting individuals in achieving healthier, more capable lives.

    As a Registered Dietitian (RD) through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, Anthony specializes in evidence-based lifestyle interventions to manage chronic disease, enhance physical performance, and improve overall well-being.

    Known for his creativity, professionalism, and approachable demeanor, Anthony excels in designing personalized wellness programs, motivational interviewing, and leadership. He values diverse perspectives, stays current with industry trends, and consistently prioritizes well-being, organization, and exceptional service. His balanced, personable nature and strong communication skills foster lasting, supportive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
